Happy Monday from the prettiest crudes there ever was! We are having the loveliest August in this glorious sunshine. It’s always a funny month for us as it’s relatively quiet going with everyone being on their holibobs and the slower pace is a welcomed break, but we are also busy catering lots of lovely big summer outdoor events too which we love, and it’s been wonderful having the weather on our side for a change! This down time gives us lots of space to plan for the coming months (including the C word) and to look at our menus etc. We’ve had great fun brainstorming (usually over cocktails which means half of the suggestions are veto’d the next day!) and we look forward to sharing them with you soon.
