One of my favorite things about being half Asian is *unsurprisingly* FOOD 🤤. It goes along with the inherent sense of generosity and hospitaly that Asian cultures live by: food is about giving, sharing, creating memories and strong bonds, being challenged by dishes that seemed so innocent but eventually burn your mouth and soul so hard you wish you could just die 🥲, aaand sometimes having to eat some weeeeird af green smushy things that at first make you go #HellNo but then when you try it once it becomes your favorite dessert of all times 😂 All that to say I learned how to cook Banh Lot and I am so proud.
