(10 walks forward and 10 steps back)
☑️Seated BOX SQUATS (10 paused reps)
☑️FRONT LUNGES with towels *front foot on weight (10 reps each leg)
☑️Seated or laying HAMSTRING CURLS (15 reps)
☑️Weighted WALKING LUNGES (10 reps down / 10 reps back)
☑️SQUAT WALKS with KETTLE BELL SWINGS
