Grounding in nature 🌱 This special spot in Aspen tapped into all of my five senses and left me feeling incredibly present. One of the biggest changes that I have made for myself and my kids in the last year is practicing daily meditation and grounding methods to keep us all feeling calm, secure and present. Whether it's kicking off our shoes after school to walk back to the car in the grass, spending the afternoon at the beach, or as simple as talking through how our food tastes, we mindfully tap into one of the five senses to practice grounding and it always leaves me feeling more connected to life.
