The key to improving your interview style is knowing those little quirks about yourself and fixing them. For instance, I can talk REAL fast y’all , but over the years I had to learn the art of slowing down. One of my mentors told me one day “you are the queen, so take your time and talk slowly so they will not just hear you but actually understand you. You are a queen and they will listen as long as you are talking. No need to rush” Seriously that changed the game for me and helped me do interviews that got PDM on @goodmorningamerica and @msn @womenshealthmag If you are are showing up confidently, with smile and look speak clearly - then no matter what you say it will not give what you want it to give and leave without a white coat or a match. So make sure during your mock interview practice you are practicing how you plan to deliver your answers in real life, with confidence, a smile and speak clearly!
