It’s normal… To take a pause from routine. And I mostly mean from running. While I understand the process of training or conditioning the body, a break from strict routine is needed, for ME. I love running but I also love the random days where I throw hiking back into the mix and being outdoors in a different way. Hence some previous posts. Yes you will still get a workout in, but there’s something about taking in the outdoors in a different way or being able to slow down and have conversations with friends.
