Ever since losing a friend to suicide days before my fight in July, I’ve been trying to raise awareness to the issues of men’s mental health and suicide prevention. Liverpool’s James place is a fantastic example of one of the hundreds of resources available to men in crisis world wide. Taking your own life is never the answer, there is always help out there.
