ᴘᴇᴀɴᴜᴛ ʙᴜᴛᴛᴇʀ ʜᴏᴛ ᴄʜᴏᴄᴏʟᴀᴛᴇ 🧋⠀ ⠀ This healthier peanut butter hot chocolate is the perfect comforting drink for keeping you warm all winter long! ♡︎❄️⠀ ⠀ It's creamy, chocolatey, low in sugar, bursting with peanut butter flavor and easily made vegan if needed. 🌱✨⠀ ⠀ Peanut butter & Chocolate is one of the best combos ever so obviously a creamy peanut butter hot chocolate is going to be awesome!⠀ And YES, it totally is awesome and as delicious as it sounds! 🥜+🍫= 💥⠀ ⠀ Ingredients: (for 2 servings)⠀ ⠀ For hot chocolate:⠀ 2 cups oat milk or milk of choice 🥛⠀ 4 tbsp @nomadchocolate drinking chocolate West Africa 45% Dark ⠀ 2 pinch salt 🧂 ⠀ 2 tbsp sweetener of choice (we used stevia)⠀ 2 tbsp natural peanut butter 🥜 ⠀ 30 g @nomadchocolate dark chocolate (optional) 🍫⠀ ⠀ For Garnish:⠀ Cold heavy whipping cream (optional)⠀ Melted peanut butter⠀ Peanuts 🥜⠀ ⠀ Instructions:⠀ ⠀ In a saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until it's warm.⠀ Whisk in the drinking chocolate, salt, and sweetener, and then peanut butter and dark chocolate.⠀ Cover and remove from heat and let cocoa sit (covered) for 5 minutes before serving if you would like a very thick hot cocoa, or serve immediately.
