Did I cry hugging her? YES. First of all she looked absolutely gorgeous, Mashallah and the fact that she had the new easy blur foundation + primer on. . OH I CAN’T WAIT TO TRY IT. 😮‍💨🤌🏼 Growing up, I couldn’t afford makeup like that so the drug store was my bestie because I had to cover up my acne somehow lol. However, during prom in highschool 2016 I made sure not to only save up for my prom dress but also the @hudabeauty lashes and the Rose Gold Eyeshadow Palatte because I was wearing this rose gold purpleish color. Fast forward 8 years later . . I am standing next to the CEO of @hudabeauty . . . I mean for me she was always the CEO. I am standing next to a woman who is so unapologetically HER. She stays transparent and authentic. I strive to be Huda in the beauty industry. WE know that she is so much more than a beauty icon. She has always spoken up for what’s right and I am SO proud to call her my BIGGEST INSPIRATION and look up to her. I kept telling her like DO YOU KNOW HOW AMAZING YOU ARE? like I wanted to let her know that not even for a moment I want her to second guess her self.
