An EASY APPETIZER for the next time you are hosting!! 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 bag of mini peppers, 2 shallots sliced, 1/2 C pit less olives sliced, 1/4 C fresh parsley chopped,1/2 tsp salt, 1 baguette, 8 slice provolone, 1/3 C mayo,1 tsp Calabrian chili, 2 tbsp of balsamic glaze. Roast peppers at 450F (15 min), Bake bread w/cheese at 400F (5-10 min)
