A few fun facts about me (as it pertains to coaching) for those of you who may be new here⏬ ▪️I’ve been a coach for @teamprophysique for almost 3 YEARS!! ▪️I started coaching while in the middle of obtaining my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from @uoftampa ▪️I coach a mixture of both lifestyle clients AND competition prep clients. ▪️I coach clients in the US, but also from multiple countries around the world! I have some as far as New Zealand😍 ▪️I had my first “team meetup” in Houston, TX this past June and intend on planning many more client meetups in the future 😉 ▪️My motto is “be somebody that makes everyone feel like a somebody” as I want all of my clients to feel cared for and appreciated. ▪️I LOVE THIS JOB & truly feel like it fulfills me in a way I never knew possible. .
