My first Gathering of Nations left me feeling so damn proud to be indigenous, to be Shuswap and to be a women that wants nothing more than to feel comfortable in my own skin. I admire and have so much respect to all the families that are raising their kids on the pow wow trail🦅it was beautiful to witness. The next generation will grow up to be proud of who they are and where they come from and that’s something to celebrate. Hearing the announcers talk about carrying on our languages and culture really made me feel like I am on the right path with @nationskateyouth so when I say thank you for supporting us I mean it from the bottom of my heart. 🤍💛❤️🖤
