I wanted something yummy to go with @iwa.sake from @stephaniegoto Buckwheat noodles aka soba is not easy to make because it has nothing holding it together (no gluten) 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 But once it is done right it is delicious and healthy.
