A self-titled "not-so-Korean" restaurant in Koreatown, @hanchic.la was founded by Chef @kyungbin93, @donghyukllee, and @minsooo.son. Chef Min was born in Korea and brings over 7 years of culinary experience to Hanchic, which opened in September 2020. Instead of competing with the traditional fare served in Koreatown, Chef Min was inspired to create a different take on Korean food. Hanchic's menu is a fusion of French and Italian techniques and Korean classics, such as bulgogi risotto and ragu tteokbokki.
