🕊 ☁️ Outcast Clothing ☁️ 🕊 Our brief was to completely remodel the existing industrial warehouse into a dreamy minimalist Mediterranean-inspired workplace full of warmth & elegance. The existing space left much to be desired, the kitchen was small and poky with only little bench space, the mezzanine consisted of chipboard floors and unfinished walls plus the entrance was underwhelming to say the least. However, with some good attributes and the future headaches in mind- we all saw the potential that could be the incredible space it is today. The new design included beautiful rendered walls, soft lighting, curved sofas, exaggerated arch ways & the most stunning custom staircase that made us all fall inlove. Downstairs was a complete renovation, rethinking the kitchen & bathroom and opening up the staff area was a must. We removed the old roller door to modernise the back deck entrance enhancing the downstairs workspace to feel more open & inviting. The kitchen is now functional for the whole team to enjoy, gone with the small & pocky, in with the ample storage. Upstairs we created three offices to house the design team on the east wing & one large executive office on the west wing. Timber herringbone floors featured throughout the mezzanine level added that elegant touch this industrial space craved. Lawrence & Paris trusted us to give this tired industrial warehouse a new lease on life - so that is exactly what we did.
