The Ceremony 🕊️🕊️ This is the 30 minutes I would play in my head over and over before our wedding week. Billy and I had an emotional first look, so I assumed the nerves would die down before I walked down the aisle.. they did not. My brother walked me down to an emotional Billy at the end of a very long walk. It felt so surreal to be surrounded by our closest friends and family (and to hear all the other sniffles joining ours) 🥲 My uncle Kevin officiated the ceremony, and I couldn’t have asked for a better rock to have up there with us. He told our love story, incorporated parts of our vows, and got us married! 💍 Supposedly, as he paid respects to my dad, a flock of seagulls flew overhead that our people witnessed. Everything felt so special 🪽 We walked out to a second line waiting for us, that walked us a few blocks to the cocktail hour 🎺 it kept up the energy and got us excited to party all night!
