The truth is, relationships are really hard work. A constant process of learning & unlearning and growing apart then together again. We’ve taught each other so much, and we continue to challenge the things we know and dare each other to relearn them. We’re not always perfect, we can annoy each other more than anyone else in the world but we can also be each other’s safe harbours unlike anyone else in the world possibly can. What we’ve always committed to do for each other is act with love and compassion, because at the core of it we are two humans who care so fucking deeply for each other and have found a home together.
