Over the past few years I have been working with my friends at Modern Adventure @modernadventurists to help create a new series of experiences with chefs and wine professionals called Paragon. We wanted to build a travel experience that not only celebrates the beauty of human potential and lauds the pinnacle of craft, but also serves a higher purpose. When guests dine in our dining rooms they are tasting the result of years of inspiration as well as relationships built with artisans, craftspeople, farmers, and makers. We really wanted to tell those stories behind the craft and bring guests directly to the places and people that inspire what we create. Paragon has officially launched and happy to announce their first trip will be with Katina and I in Japan in 2023 which will be available to book on June 28th. Watch for other great trips to announce soon with amazing chefs and beverage professionals all over the world. We’re excited to share an amazing community of chefs, restaurants, artists, craftspeople who we’ve developed relationships with over the decades. For each trip there is an incredible giveback to the community that is selected by the host. For our first Japan trip I’m excited and proud to share that we will be donating $50,000 to student scholarships @theculinaryinsituteofamerica for the Japanese Cuisine Bachelors Degree Program!
