I revisited this clip recently, and when I think how the average Pacific White-Sided Dolphin is typically 6-7 feet long, it’s AMAZING how tiny that is compared to this humongous Humpback! Humpbacks typically max out around 50ft long, and I believe this specimen was every bit of that...if not more! Humpbacks will become a more frequent sighting for us soon, peaking in October and November. As much as I love the Blues, it’s hard to beat the charismatic nature of a Humpback Whale!”
