UPDATE 9/24 @ 6:30AM: @planoballoon The initial pilot briefing is complete. The winds above the surface are too strong to fly this morning. We will conduct an update weather briefing at the filed, with the intent of inflating and standing up as many balloons as possible. There will be a fun pilot competition around 8:15AM at the NW corner of the field. The announcer will give updates throughout the morning. www.planoballoonfest.org
