Spent the morning getting in some in-person posing with two of my first time competitor clients: @em_ilynguyen and @sam_worksout and then @fitxkel89 who drove up from Miami to polish her posing as it’s been several years since she’s competed & posed and boy have the poses evolved since then!! AKA, no more stallion pose🤪 . I never knew I’d love teaching posing as much as I do but it’s truly become one of my favorite things. Seeing how some of the simplest things (hand placement, foot placement, shoulder and waist angles, etc.) can make such a huge difference in how the physique is presented makes it exciting, but even more so important to practice!!! .
