Hopped off the plane and headed straight for midnight cocktails @barchef. After having gone through the longest lockdown in the world (382 days since the start of the pandemic), it's nice to see Toronto alive and buzzing again. . I tried a number of tasty cocktails and this Sesame Samurai was my favourite: spruce tip infused gin, mezcal, cucumber, sesame, pineapple, dill bitters, elderflower, thyme syrup, lemon & basil. .
