As yall know, my work as a stylist is about bringing warmth and humanness back to fashion. It's about seeing clothes less as material items and more as a way to communicate with others and tell our stories. I am SO freakin excited to invite you to celebrate Pride with me and Movement Gowanus at our clothing swap rooftop rock climbing party!!! Having the opportunity to create a queer event where we just get to hang out, swap clothes, have a chat, listen to live music, and rock climb??? This is a ticketed event ($17) and this price includes a half day pass at the gym to try out the sport for yourself, three new clothing items if you bring three to exchange for the clothing swap. Live music, acupuncture 👀 and just a set time to enjoy hanging out in the community and relax! I will be bringing lots of my personal and stylist clothing to ensure there is a wide range of sizes for the swap, and all clothing left unswapped will be donated to the Brooklyn Community Pride Center which is a local charity of my choosing that is VERY excited for the donations.
