Weather & Services Advisory #03 – TD03F⁠ Saturday 8th of January 2022 at 4.00pm ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ The South Sea Cruises Group which operates South Sea Cruises, South Sea Island, & South Sea Sailing continue to track all relevant weather forecasts in relation to the current Tropical Depression - TD03F. Based on the latest weather forecasts at 3.30 pm today, please note the following information: ⁠ ⁠ • South Sea Island Full and Half Day Cruises have been cancelled for tomorrow – Sunday, 9th of January 2022.⁠ • South Sea Sailing has also been cancelled for tomorrow - Sunday, 9th of January 2022.⁠ • All private speed boat transfers to/from island resorts remain cancelled for both Saturday 8th of January 2022 & Sunday 9th of January 2022. ⁠ • Resort Connection services will continue to operate as per our current schedule but always remain subject to the latest weather forecast and conditions and services may be disrupted or suspended at the discretion of both our operations team and/or the captain and crew with little or no notice. This includes the possibility of localized flooding in the Nadi area which may prevent our crew from being able to safely travel to/from Port Denarau tomorrow. ⁠ ⁠ Our next advisory regarding Day Cruises and Resort Connection services will be issued at around 4 pm on Sunday 9th of January 2022 unless there’s a requirement to do before then. ⁠ It should however be noted that weather conditions at this current time are forecasted to be similar over the coming few days and further disruptions and/or cancellations are likely.
