Meet Mardo, line cook at Alla Vita. šŸ’Ŗ He's been with us since our opening back in September of 2021. ⁠ ⁠ Q: Tell us about your current role at Alla Vita?⁠ A: I am a line cook and mainly work at the pasta station. šŸā  ⁠ Q: What is your favorite part about working at Alla Vita?⁠ A: I like working here because it’s a fun and friendly environment where I feel welcomed by everyone, especially the chefs. The chefs are always looking out for us and care about their team. It makes me feel happy to be part of a good team and encourages me to do a great job. ⁠ ⁠ Q: What have you learned from working at Alla Vita? ⁠ A: I enjoy learning how to cook Italian food since I love to cook at home.⁠ ⁠ Q: What is your favorite Alla Vita dish?⁠ A: My favorite dish is the Rigatoni pasta.⁠ ⁠ Q: On your days off, where can we find you?
