Ahead of tomorrow's Autumn Statement, we're sharing the results of our latest Mumsnet Voices #costofliving tracker. Since August, we've been polling our insight panel monthly to see how families are affected. In October, our #costofliving tracker of over 1,000 parents showed that childcare costs continue to negatively impact parents, forcing them into debt or out of work as a result. 🚨45% of parents wouldn't be able to afford childcare costs each month without help from family, taking on debt or dipping into savings 🚨18% of parents have given up or are considering giving up work because it would be more financially beneficial than paying childcare. 🚨31% of parents are planning on or considering using more informal childcare. #autumnstatement #mumsnet #childcare
