Made with no refined sugar and packed with wholesome ingredients like peanut butter, oats, nuts and dark chocolate. YUM. 🤤⠀ ⠀ If you are a snacking person then you need to be prepared w͟h͟e͟n͟ h͟u͟n͟ ͟gr͟r͟ s͟ ͟t͟r͟i͟k͟e͟s͟👆 and these chewy granola bars are an incredible nourishing option that can really save not only your day but your kids, husband, boyfriend, friend and anyone who tries them and guaranteed to keep you powered for hours.⚡️⠀ ⠀ i͟n͟ ͟gr͟e͟d͟i͟e͟n͟t͟s͟ (for 12 bars)⠀ 1 cup maple syrup (sub honey) 🍯 ⠀ 1/2cup smooth @byronbaypeanutbutter🥜 ⠀ 3 tbsp coconut oil 🥥 ⠀ 2 tbsp vanilla extract⠀ 2 cups rolled oats⠀ 1/2 tsp salt 🧂 ⠀ 1/3 cup mixed dried fruit⠀ 1/4 cup mixed raw unsalted nuts and or seeds 🌰⠀ 1/4 cup chocolate chips and or cacao nibs 🍫 ⠀ ⠀ ͟pr͟o͟c͟e͟s͟s͟:⠀ 📝Use a medium baking tray with baking paper. ⠀ 📝Combine the syrup, peanut butter and coconut all in a small saucepan over a medium-low heat and warm gently until melted and smooth, stirring frequently.⠀ 📝Remove from the heat and stir through the vanilla extract.⠀ 📝Set aside to cool for 5-10 mins.⠀ 📝In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, salt, dried fruit, nuts/seeds and chocolate chips/cacao nibs and mix well.⠀ 📝Add the peanut butter mixture and stir until mixed evenly.
