Back 2 back days. Every exercise 3 set. Choose a weight that is heavy enough to work but so that you can complete reps. Set 1 as many reps as you possibly can, aim for 20, 30 sec break, 12 reps same weight, 1 min break 6-8 reps same weight. 2 mins rest next exercise... result = ouch lol
