🫡 NYC thus far! I’m super thankful to be here, to have met so many kind hearts ❤️ I’ve moved 13 times in 10 years, most of the times due due necessity instead of choice. At this point I’m anticipating to move, instead of trying to stay put when my leases end. I guess I’ve never really found a place that resonated in California to place my roots. You see, Ive realized I have a deep fear of abandonment, so I leave before it leaves me, and somehow that translates into places and spaces, never really putting my roots down. I never bothered to learn the streets, or write down my favorite spots in LA, mostly because I found comfort in people instead of places(?) but by being here I want to challenge myself to stay put for a little, get deep and learn how to find safety in the stillness. They say home is where the heart is, and I could never pin point where it was, because it’s scattered all across the people I love ❤️ anyways thanks for reading x sending love this Saturday morning
