It’s party season people! Before the potluck panic sets in, I wanted to share the super simple (but complexly flavored) batch cocktail I find myself coming back to year after year: Company Drink! 🍹Named for obvious reasons, it’s a crowd pleaser you can make for groups big and small– sometimes the “company” is just me, myself and I. Grapefruit, tangerine, and lime juices commingle with jalapeño pickling juice, club soda and tequila. It’s a #tangytarthotandsweet cocktail 🍋🌶️🍭Pro tip: Mix everything but the club soda ahead and keep in fridge until company arrives. Then at the last minute add a splash of soda and a bit of ice. A tajin rimmed glass is always a nice touch too!!
