There have been some times through my life, where I have been, over worked, tired and stressed, I also realized during those times not being able to sleep well. May be from traveling often for work or just simply from the challenging times that we all have been experiencing, I decided to give Craniosacral therapy a try. Through a few sessions, I have experienced, compression relieve in my neck and back which has soothed my pain, it has also helped me release both emotional and physical stress.
