Friday, I met with one of our September Couples to do their tasting Bacchanal Catering. The food was fantastic and beautiful! From the fresh kale salad with edible flowers to the braised pork belly and all of the tasty things in between, it was a triumph of flavor! One of the most important things for couples is to be able to really enjoy the food and savor the flavors and talk about things with the catering team and with their wedding planner all at once at the table. For myself, as the planner, I am there to take notes and have answers for the general plan that we have made for the wedding day with the couple and their vendors. It makes it easier to collaborate together and saves time from the back and forth emails.
