After 14 years of playing this sport, I wish I had more words to say about it finally coming to an end, but I don’t. Football was a trip. As many blessings as it brought me, I’d be lying if I said I loved every single moment of it. I experienced some of the highest of highs and some of the lowest of lows, but I truly wouldn’t trade them for anything. If there’s one thing I’ve learned through it all, it’s this: It doesn’t matter what we’re doing. It doesn’t matter the circumstances. Everything we do is meant to glorify our Lord and Savior. Our entire life. Our entire existence. In word and in deed; it’s all for Him. I pray I was able to do that. Peace out football.
