Motivation!!!!! Let’s talk about it 💯 so how do you stay motivated ? 🤔
🔹Motivation comes and goes.....either lots of it or just a little and during these motivational spurs we set ourselves goals (tell ourselves we want to achieve something)
🔹so we start to make conscious efforts to get the ball rolling so to speak, such as join a gym or do a healthy food shop 🍱 but what we do once this motivation starts to wear thin...😒
🔹we tackle that by setting up little daily habits that lead to consistency and structure to our days that becomes routine/normal
🔹when we set realistic goals and make consistent actions towards achieving them by simply adding some discipline and structure into our lives we can become successful.
🔹successful in any way shape or form, so a small goal met.... leads onto the next goal getting set and so on until those small goals accumulate to you achieving something you never thought was possible 😀
🔹and that wasn’t because you are a super motivated individual who’s always ready to go get it!!! It’s because you are a normal person setting realistic goals and making consistent efforts to reach them ✅
