Almost three years ago, I got a tattoo of a baby elephant on my right hand, near my wrist, because of my favorite fable about waiting and having faith for your greatest gift. The fable talks about how a baby elephant takes two years to be born, while other animals have already been born by that time and have grown to be an adult. But whenever a baby elephant is born people are in awe and even the Earth can feel it, too. That’s why I decided to have a tattoo of it on my right hand to remind me that my greatest gift will come in time and the waiting will be fruitful. After a long time of waiting, prayers, and hard work, my parents finally got their dream house. It’s not an easy feat but it’s all worth the wait. Wouldn’t trade it for anything. This is it, our baby elephant. 🐘 What a great day to be 31! ☺️🙈🤍 PS. Wait pa natin yung isang baby elephant. Haha. May usapan na kami ni Lord dun. Hahaha.
