Some HUGELY HELPFUL life lessons I wish I had known sooner but that I now hold the wisdom of so deeply !!! (and am so fcking thankful to know now!) These are lessons I’m sure I had probably heard someone older and wiser and who had walked my path before me say in the past. Maybe I heard these things said in a book, a podcast or a post like you are now. Maybe I thought I “knew” these things but there is a HUGE difference in knowing knowledge and EMBODYING the WISDOM - actually LIVING it as your absolute truth and APPLYING it fully into your life. I have had so many breakthroughs in the last 5 days since arriving on my solo trip in Costa Rica! Silence and space is such a gift and the ultimate healer + source of clarity! 🤍 The gratitude and peace I feel now I can honestly say is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I needed this. My body, mind and soul needed this. My mission on this earth needed this!!!!! (say that sh*t louder for the people in the back!)
