Visit Simon Roberts’ current London exhibition ‘Beneath the Pilgrim Moon’ before it closes this Saturday (5 November 2022). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tuesday - Saturday, 11am - 6pm Kingsland Road, London ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Photographing the marble sculptures housed in the @vamuseum’s Dorothy and Michael Hintze Galleries during the second Covid-19 lockdown, which at the time were covered for their protection during the site’s renovation, Roberts conceived of the veiled statues as metaphors for our wider experience of the pandemic.
