I tried a new fitness studio this week to shake up my workout routine. Y’all know I got these fitness goals! Anyway, I couldn’t tell if the looks coming my way were for the bomb ass outfit I had on or because I showed up in a sports bra. But regardless I was in there workin like I had rent to pay. As I left I was reminded of these four things: (1) Like the great theologian Destiny Child said “you gonna get all this jelly that I got” (2) It’s too hot for all them clothes (3) This body still exist whether I have on a baggy t-shit or a sports bra on. So why hide? (4) Mind the business that pays you. ✌🏾 Own the skin you’re in.
