I’ve been strongly focusing on my mental health lately and these are some of the best ways to reduce anxiety that I found effective for myself. Dealing with mental health problems is not easy and improving it takes effort and consistency. I wish I can tell you that’s easy, but it’s not.
You are the only person responsible for your happiness and until you put some efforts- it won’t get easier.
I always hated sport, but guys - it helps sooo much! abd physical improvements are not the main priority here. The satisfaction of being disciplined, feeling better and putting yourself out there even when the only thing you want is to lay in bed..is insane.
I want everyone who deals with anxiety try this routine and trust me - you will feel so so much better ♥️
