I'm not going to try and compress 15 years into one paragraph, or even a few photos. There are too many moments, too many incredible experiences, and too many things I would likely never have experienced had it not been for Ken. One of the last conversations Ken and I had was how we both hate small talk. Despite the social media persona he created, Ken was a quiet modest guy who was just living his dreams - so I’ll try and spare the long winded platitudes. You didn’t just work with Ken. He was doing what he loved and if you were lucky enough if you got invited along for the ride. He didn’t know how to do mediocre, expectations were always high, work was often hard, and that was one of the most exciting things of all. He never chose the easy path, and that motivated the incredible talent pool he built around himself. None of us wanted to settle for second best. You knew you were a part of something special. Ken, thank you for everything, thank you for putting your trust in me, and most importantly thank you for being a loyal friend and mentor to so many of us. Till we meet again...next time Nobu is on me. My heart goes out to Lucy, Lia, Mika and Kira, and the entire HRD / Hoonigan family.
