Full circle Moment!!️ . . 20 years ago, I took my first Cut and Know Why class at The Redken Exchange. I had @shannonwilliamking as one of my facilitators and I told myself I’m going to teach on that stage one day. Last week, I had the opportunity to facilitate to the RE’s and the RCE’s on that stage 2 DAYS IN A ROW!! I’m so grateful for the experience and for the time I had with my teammates. It was the first time we had been together in 2 1/2 years! I can’t wait till we all see each other again. #redkenpowernetwork
