📍Grandma’s Home 外婆家 @grandmashomeus is a restaurant chain in China which recently opened up in NYC. They specialise in Hangzhou food. We ordered the Soy Glazed Crispy Fish, Crispy Skin Chicken, and Choy Sum with Dried Shrimp. Everything was so yummy and had a ‘home-cooked’ feel to it which was super comforting. The soy glazed crispy fish was the star of the show: the fish had the perfect amount of batter and the sauce was sweet, savoury, and everything in-between. I liked that the chicken was really tender. Finally, the choy sum was more ‘light’ in flavour, which I enjoyed because it was a refreshing contrast to the 2 meat dishes. Overall Rating: 9.5/10
