תערוכה חדשה הילה טוני נבוק: דרך החלון זוכת פרס רפפורט לאמנית ישראלית מבטיחה, 2020 אוצרת: ענת דנון סיון עוזרת לאוצרת : עדי גרוס הפתיתה ב-29.11 חומרים תעשייתיים וחפצי יומיום משמשים בעבודתה של הילה טוני נבוק ליצירת מבט חתרני והומוריסטי על עיצוב המרחב העירוני בישראל, תוך מזיגה עקמומית בין האסתטיקה של המודרניזם וגלגוליו לבין מופעיו המקומיים. מרכזים מסחריים, בנייני דירות משותפים ושכונות "בנה ביתך" בין חדרה לאשדוד, הם דוגמאות למרחבים שמהם היא שואבת השראה. בתערוכה מציגה נבוק עבודות חדשות בווידיאו ובפיסול, המתמקמות באזורי הסף שעל קו הגבול בין חוץ לפנים ובין הפרטי לציבורי. מחוות גופניות של הסתננות, פריצה או היחלצות, שהיא מבצעת על פני חזיתות של בניינים מסחריים או במבואות כניסה לבנייני דירות, עשויות להתפרש כניסיונות חדירה למערכת או כצורות של התנגדות והפרעה לסדר הנתון. - התערוכה בתמיכת קרן ברוך ורות רפפורט דימויים: דרך החלון — רישום חזית 02, 2022 סטילס מתוך וידיאו דרך החלון — רישום חזית 01, 2022 סטילס מתוך וידיאו ~~ New Exhibition Hilla Toony Navok: Through the Window Recipient of the Rappaport Prize for a Promising Israeli Artist, 2020 Curator: Anat Danon Sivan Assistant curator: Adi Gross Opening 29.11 Hilla Toony Navok uses industrial materials and everyday objects to generate a subversive, humorous gaze at the design of the Israeli urban space, while fusing the aesthetics of modernism and its incarnations with its local manifestations. Shopping centers, apartment buildings, and neighborhoods of single-family homes built in the 1980s and 1990s between Hadera and Ashdod are some of the spaces from which she draws inspiration. In the current exhibition, Navok presents new video and sculptural works, which transpire in the liminal spaces on the border between interior and exterior, the private and the public.
