A goal without a plan.... 😫 Ok so you have set yourself a goal let’s say you want to get shredded 💪🏻 so how are you going to do that......? 🔹do loads of cardio 😵‍💫 🔹reduce calories drastically 😫 🔹take a ton of fat-burning supplements 🔥 I’d say most of people would assume that’s the magic formula to get lean 💪🏻 but without a properly calculated plan you are going to run into many hurdles that can massively affect how your cutting phase goes. For example huge initial drop in calories = big drop in energy levels (performance in the gym is reduced) and output suffers. Muscles become flat and your overall physique will potentially start to look worse rather than what you are actually aiming for (to look better) the aim is to hold onto as much muscle as possible whilst reducing body-fat so it’s a far better idea to taper your Calories down slowly week by week keeping performance in the gym optimal and asses when things need to be tweaked 📝 The same goes for cardio start slowly maybe just 20 mins a day see how this affects your weight/look and asses week to week making small changes when needed ✅ When you follow a plan you are in control!! you know exactly what you are doing and will be able to counter moments when you will plateau with adjustments that will keep things moving forward 💯 For online coaching enquiries drop me a dm or hit the link in my bio and head to my website 🙌🏼
