My good friend Hilary (@meditationchick ) just alerted me to my lack of activity on social media of late. So, with that in mind, here’s a little update for those friends who wish to know which cave I’m hiding in. Actually, there is no cave - just life, which seems to have swallowed me whole the last few months. Still doing a show 8 times a week, still reading books that I think will make my life fuller, still meditating daily, still trying very hard and still doing my best to grab the moments that I can look out into the world and think “holy fuck, the universe is cool”!! And, that’s all I’ve got! Riding this wave the best I can, baby!! Hope you’re all feeling pretty, or at least on the way to that!!! 💚💚💚
