Are your days getting darker 😵💫
Winter is definitely coming and the lack of sunshine is already killing me.
Luckily I have purchased some SAD lights and a lot of vitamin D.
Vit D can improve mood and immunity especially if you’re not getting enough outside.
Also suggested to take early morning walks before 10am with no barrier in between your eyes and the sun. But for those in a time crunch, they make pills.
I use the sad light almost as my motivation button, it does produce “sun” light. But I like how it brightens the room and allows me to have something that, when I turn it on, it’s time to work.
