Let us take a moment to recognize how much of a big deal it is to have a film both starring and directed by Black women! 👸🏿✊🏿👑 I am in such awe of the wonderful work my friend @violadavis, @gpbmadeit and @juveeproductions have done for @womankingmovie, and am not at all surprised by the amazing success this film has had in its opening week.
