Last week, we celebrated female leaders in technology and communications, and we were lucky enough to hear from our very own Katie Muir on a panel hosted by @pluscompany_ The panelists shared their perspectives for business success, such as the evolution of organizational structures towards being people-first, the importance of intent and impact, and adapting to the life-stage and generational realities of employees.
