I love seeing black folks doing yoga, especially on the Southside of Chicago. 🌞 Was overjoyed to join @veryhumansocial’s Embodiment Series at @rebuild_foundation’s Kenwood Gardens. I am not currently teaching with a studio, nor am I a full time instructor.. so I’m especially grateful for the people & places that make space for me to share this beautiful practice.
