Apple Pie Rings Initially, I was going to make mini apple pies, but opted to make this instead, which was easily done and cut down half the time. If you love apple pie, but want something that is a bit more simple. I highly recommend trying this out. Save to try for later. Recipe Below 👇🏾 : • 1-2 Green Apples • 1 Pie Crust • 1 Egg • Cinnamon • Sugar Instructions: 1. Wash and Cut Apples into Slices (Not to thin) 2. Use a bottle cap or small circle cookie cutter to make a hole in the center of the slice. Set Aside. 3. Roll out pie crust until smooth 4. Cut long strips 5. Wrap the strips around the apple slices 6. Coat the pie crust with egg wash 7. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl 8. Dip apples into the mixture (I only dipped one side) 9. Bake for 30 mins in the over at 375 10. Cool, Serve and Top with ice cream (optional) *I had some pre cooked diced apples that I added on top as well.
